LaNeidra Williams, MBA, RDH
LaNeidra Williams is the Regional Oral Health Consultant for the Mississippi State Department of Health. As a District Level Consultant, she conducts oral health surveillance and screening activities while providing oral health education and guidance for local health departments, health professionals and the community. For the past four years, LaNeidra is advocating for healthy living by devoting time and services to organizations such as: Colgate Bright Smiles, Diabetes Coalition of Mississippi, Mississippi Oral Health Community Alliance, Mississippi Tobacco Free Coalition, and the Mississippi Asthma Coalition.
LaNeidra graduated from Mississippi Valley State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene and Masters of Business Administration with Healthcare Administration Concentration from Belhaven University. LaNeidra used her public health platform in Oral Health to complete over 100 health fairs and collaborated with Oral Health Education in over 50 schools throughout the state. LaNeidra created the Oral Health Curriculum for the Diabetes Self-Management Program for the Mississippi State Department of Health and serves on the Advisory Council. LaNeidra is currently serving as the Executive Chair of Mississippi Oral Health Community Alliance and an Associate Member of ASTDD (Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors). LaNeidra’s long term goal is to spread awareness of dental professional shortage within the state of Mississippi and empower young students to obtain careers in dentistry.
Grady Watt, RDH
Grady Devar Watt, RDH serves as a Regional Oral Health Consultant (ROHC) for the Mississippi State Department of Health-Office of Oral Health. Mr. Watt was born and raised in Grenada, MS. He attended and graduated from Grenada High School in 2002. At the age of 18, he joined the U.S. Army Reserve and started his path into dentistry in 2002 as a dental assistant. He was assigned to the 380th Medical Company out of Millington, TN. After serving in Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom 2 (OIF-2), Mr. Watt continued his education to become a licensed and registered dental hygienist, receiving a B.S. degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Mr. Watt has worked in the private sector as a dental hygienist for 7 years as well, before taking his current position as an advocate for oral health in public settings. With over 18 years of dental experience, Mr. Watt has experienced dentistry on many levels, assisting and delivering care on military bases, as well as in combat zones, and private and corporate offices. Lastly, he continues to use his experiences and expertise to advocate for oral health and educate Mississippians on the importance of maintaining oral health as it plays a vital role in overall health.

Wayne Miley joined Community Health Center Association of Mississippi in June of 2015 as Director of Programs & Workforce Development. Wayne received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi College in 1977 and his graduate degree for New Orleans Seminary in 1980. He has twenty-eight years of workforce development experience with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security where he focused on workforce counseling, state-wide workforce training program coordination, job placement/customer service activities, employer relations, programmatic financial tracking, workforce program policies and procedures, and coordination of rapid response teams for businesses in Mississippi going through closures and/or reductions in workforce. Wayne also served as a workforce development contract writer and as a contract deliverables coordinator prior to joining CHCAMS. His duties related to workforce training required close coordination with Mississippi training facilities and schools state-wide. Prior to working at MDES, he served for eight years as a Branch Director for a family owned home health care business with locations in southeast Mississippi and in Jackson, Mississippi.
At CHCAMS, Wayne’s current primary responsibilities include assisting Community Health Centers with recruitment and retention of staff, coordination of tobacco cessation program through the Office of Tobacco Control, and Oral Health Integration with primary care in partnership with the Georgia and Tennessee Primary Care Associations through the Tri-State Oral Health Summit and other oral health training sessions.

Ms. Sansing began her career with Mississippi State University Extension working with business & industry groups across the state to expand and grow their businesses while serving in a marketing coordinator and project manager role. Her networking and leadership skills over the past twenty-eight years have provided numerous opportunities to engage in building relationships that foster economic development and well-being. She currently serves as Extension Instructor providing support and training to local health coalitions, recruiting and training health education volunteers, and serving as director of the Rural Medical & Science Scholars program. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Mississippi State University and certification as a MS Rural Health Fellow (MRHF), Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Real Colors® Training Facilitator.

Sudheer Koutha BDS, MPH is an Epidemiologist trainee in the Office of Oral Health. He is a dentist from India and a Public Health master’s graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. He is currently assisting the program in oral health surveillance across the state of MS. He is skilled in oral health promotional activities and also does the evaluations for the Office of Oral Health. With the immense interest in dental public health, he is working towards creating a better culture of oral health in Mississippi.

Mrs. Lewis serves as the Bureau Director with the Office of Oral Health at MSDH. She started her career in public health with the agency in 2014 as Special Projects Officer IV and school based dental coordinator and was later promoted in 2017.
In addition to serving within the Office of Oral Health administratively she continues to serve within communities throughout the state providing oral health education, dental screenings and trainings to ensure that Mississippi has a culture of health that includes oral health. A graduate of Alcorn State University, Mrs. Lewis obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degree in biology and holds a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee Health Science center. She is a member of the following public health organizations, (MPHA), (MOHCA), (AAPHD), and served as an active member of MSDH’s Worksite Wellness Committee.
On top of her commitment to serving the public, Mrs. Lewis LOVES singing Karaoke and serving as an active choir member of Trinity Temple Baptist Church in Vicksburg, MS.
